The National Federation of Masqueraders and Fancy Dress of Ghana (NFMFD Ghana) has officially opened a Call for Participation for Ghanaian masquerade groups to take part in the internationally acclaimed Nice Carnival in France, scheduled to take place from 11th February to 1st March 2026. This historic opportunity forms part of the federation’s ongoing mission to promote Ghanaian masquerade culture on the global stage.

The Nice Carnival, one of the world’s largest and most prestigious cultural festivals, attracts millions of spectators annually from across Europe and beyond. NFMFD Ghana is inviting registered masquerade and fancy dress groups across the country to express interest in joining this landmark cultural delegation.
